OUR HISTORY
Silverado At Home began in 2004 as a natural outgrowth of Silverado Senior Living. Silverado Senior Living was founded in 1997 to provide world-class assisted living care specifically to those suffering from Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
We recognized that many people experiencing cognitive difficulties desired to live at home as long as possible. This led to the creation of a clinical model that focused on building care programs uniquely tailored to clients living at home.
Silverado At Home is about making a difference in the lives of others. We serve our clients by giving LIFE through meaningful engagement in the setting of their choice. We serve their families by providing peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving the highest quality of care and assistance. And we serve our referral sources by providing on time solutions for meeting the special needs of those with memory care issues.

To empower those we serve to have life-affirming options that afford them dignity and meaning. Also to engage seniors in their home setting in a manner that enriches their lives and the lives of their loved ones. To provide care management services that offer relief to families and creative meaningful assistance to seniors experiencing cognitive difficulties.
