Troy Riley is thrilled to bring his more than fifteen years experience in the healthcare industry to Silverado At Home. During the last 10 years, Troy’s primary role has been business development and case management working as a Director of Marketing in the long-term care industry, as well as the Supervisor for the On-Site Case Management program at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.  

Along with sales and day-to-day operations experience, Troy has a vast amount of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.  His career started off at Parkland Memorial Hospital in their Level One Trauma Center, which is one of the top ER’s in the nation.  He was accepted and attended the limited access Residency Program for the ER which is also nationally recognized as one of the top programs in the United States.  Troy also attended the critical care residency program at Methodist Hospital for the ICU component.

Troy has spent the majority of his life in Texas but grew up moving around Europe and the United States as an Air force “brat” with his father who retired as a Lieutenant Colonial.  Troy received his Bachelor of Science Degree at TWU in Dallas along with a minor in Biology in 1992.

Troy is the proud father of his 8 year old son, Connor.  He also volunteers at his church as a Sunday School Teacher for the 4-5 year olds. He has a passion for weight loss, sports nutrition and anti-aging and also does personnel training and diet planning for his friends.
