Kathy received her B.S. degree from C.S.U.L.B. in Health Science, with an emphasis on Community Health Education. She received her Registered Nursing Degree in 1982, and has experience in working in both acute care settings as well as long-term care facilities. Kathy became a Geriatric Care Manager in 2001, after completing the GCM certificate program at C.S.U.F. She is an active member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Kathy has worked with families to resolve difficult situations involving the daily care of seniors with varying degrees of both mental and physical health problems. Having experienced the need for Geriatric Care Management in her own family, she understands the issues seniors and their families face on a daily basis. In her free time she enjoys going to USC football games, knitting, and spending time with her family.

Teralyn has been a social worker for seven years and has much experience with the geriatric population. She received her masters at California State University of Long Beach with an emphasis in geriatrics. She received her bachelor degree at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. She has experience in hospice, grief counseling and bereavement groups.
