The National Assisted Living Nurses of America (NALNA) present their first ever Nurse of the Year Award to Marcia Kravetz, RN, of Silverado – Escondido. Ms. Kravetz represented the qualities that exemplify nursing in Assisted Living – nursing that supports the resident’s health and wellbeing and enables them to enjoy the best quality of life in a supportive environment, while aging in place.
